Color Stories

The three color stories are Arizona Desert, Campfire Dusk, and Jungle Gym.

These color stories were developed during an earlier stage of my NOBULL internship project. After researching market data and trend analysis, I worked with the PLM team to narrow our product pitch down to a gravel trail running shoe.

From there, I began exploring what potential colorways for a shoe like this could look like. Since the shoe was designed for the outdoors, I wanted to pull inspiration directly from nature. NOBULL has never been afraid to use bold and bright colors, so I knew that needed to be part of the palette as well.

I narrowed my ideas down to three distinct color stories and used InDesign and Photoshop to bring them to life. Using each story as a starting point, I built out the color palettes with Pantone color books while also incorporating shades from NOBULL's core color palette.
